Music for the English tune The Lawn Tennis Schottische collected by George H. Watson, Norfolk, 1850-1880. It has been arranged for my students to play in the year of HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee 2012 and Olympics 2012 in honour of Andy Murray, tennis gold medal, Olympics 2012.

Music for Country Bumpkin, an English jig collected by E. & J. Winder, Wyresdale, Lancashire 1835-41. It has been arranged in honour of Lee Pearson, gold medallist, riding, Paralympics 2012. This was also the year of HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee 2012. Lee described himself as a country bumpkin in one of his TV interviews. smile

Music for The Wonder, an English country dance. The tune was collected in Cumbria by Rev. S. Harrison in 1815. It has been arranged for my students to play after the year of HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee 2012 and Olympics 2012 in honour of Kath Copeland and Sophie Hosking, gold medallists in the Women's Lightweight Double Sculls and Kath's look of amazement when they won!

This was also the year of HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee 2012. The tune is available from The Highland Music Trust who are keen to promote Scottish traditional music, so do visit their website.
