These quizzes are designed to work on many levels.

All questions are asked in multiple formats to help you to:

• Learn information as you go through the quiz by absorbing the answers.
• Get better at recall.
• Allow random, interleaved practice to work its magic.
• Prove to yourself you really know the information.
• Time yourself to see if you are getting quicker.

I have posed the same questions in as many different ways as I can in order to access different parts of your brain.  This should help you achieve a more thorough recognition of what is involved.

Then it is up to you to practise playing the rhythms and notes in the examples provided by the Associated Board.  Do this every day in the run up to the examination and you will gain real confidence.
